Information We Collect
Kidder Mathews providers brokerage, property management, and valuation advisory services to commercial entities. On occasion, these operations may result in us receiving information about the individuals who own or work for those entities.
We collect and store any information you enter on our Services. Specifically, when you contact us via our website form or through email to any employee, we may keep a record of that correspondence and any contact information provided.
When you create an account for the purpose of transmitting a rent payment by credit card, or interact with our agents via the Customer Service Request Center, data is collected by third parties who manage these services on our behalf, as described below. This includes details regarding the device you use to access our website or digital services, such as your IP address, operating system and browser type. We use ClickPay to host and administer our online payment portal and to process payments by e-Check and credit card. We share information regarding commercial entities that rent space in the properties we manage with ClickPay for the purpose of user authentication and provision of the online payment feature. If you create an account on ClickPay, any information you provide is collected, stored, processed, and shared by ClickPay according to the terms of their privacy policy, which is provided to you at the time of account creation.
We use Corrigo to operate our Customer Service Request Center, including the online portal. We share information regarding commercial entities that rent space in the properties we manage with ClickPay for the purpose of user authentication and provision of this service. When you choose to utilize the online portal, any information you enter may be collected, stored, processed, and shared by Corrigo according to the terms of their privacy policy, available at https://www.corrigo.com/privacypolicy/.
Where you choose to interact with us through social media, your interaction with these programs typically allows the third party to collect some information about you through cookies they place on your device and other tracking mechanisms. In some cases, the third party may recognize you through its cookies even when you do not interact with their application. Please visit the third parties’ respective privacy policies to better understand their data collection practices and controls they make available to you.
We may combine information from the Services together and with other information we obtain from our business records or from third party sources. We also may use or combine information that we collect from the Services with information provided by third parties, including demographic information and other attributes, and organizational affiliations.
