Drew Frame, a senior vice president in the Tacoma office, focuses on the commercial office and healthcare market in the Puget Sound region. He specializes in landlord representation, tenant representation, and sales, both investment and owner/user. With Drew’s market knowledge, ability to prospect tenants and qualify investment opportunities, he is able to amplify his client’s success.

Since Drew began his brokerage career, he has been involved in over 4,500,000 SF of real estate transactions at a total volume of more than $500,000,000.

Drew was awarded the 2021-2022 “Big Hitter” award after finishing the year as one of the companies’ top producers. In 2019, Drew was awarded the Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year Award for being the highest producing first-year broker company-wide.

Drew graduated from Washington State University’s Carson School of Business with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in finance.
