Will Frame is Regional President of Brokerage for Kidder Mathews in the Pacific Northwest, where he drives recruitment, business development, and overall growth for the region. He oversees five offices spanning Seattle, South Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and Portland, promoting service line integration and collaboration across markets.

Will guides one of the Pacific Northwest’s most successful brokerage groups—comprising 170 brokers and generating nearly $3 billion in annual transaction volume. He serves on Kidder Mathews’ executive leadership team, co-chairs the firm’s advisory council, and has been a shareholder since 2020.

He joined Kidder Mathews in 2015 and quickly rose through the ranks, launching his career as a top-producing office and healthcare sales and leasing specialist in the Puget Sound region. Will’s performance earned him the firm’s prestigious “Big Hitter” award in 2019 and 2022. Over the past decade, he has completed more than $800 million in transactions spanning more than seven million square feet of property—working alongside Senior Vice President Drew Frame, Associate Ryan Kershaw, and Client Services Coordinator Katie Afichuk on The Frame Team. The team’s clients include Anchor Health Properties, BECU, Clise Properties, Healthcare Realty, Heritage Bank, The Rush Companies, MJR Development, and Unico Properties.

Beyond his role at Kidder Mathews, Will is deeply engaged in advancing the commercial real estate profession. In 2025, he joined the board of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), where he has been an active member for 10 years. He also holds membership in the Washington State Chapter of NAIOP. Through these positions, Will advocates for broker resources, professional collaboration, and long-term industry growth and impact.

A sought-after speaker and respected thought leader, Will is known for his deep market insight and collaborative leadership style. He holds a B.A. in accounting from the Carson School of Business at Washington State University.
